Welcome to the formal examination for the course Level 3 Evidence Analyst. To test your analysis command and obtain your Certificate of Completion — Level 3 Evidence Analyst from the Institute of Hominology & Scientific Expedition, complete the examination below.
The examination consists of 30 questions drawn at random from a 60-question bank. A score of 80% (24 correct answers) or higher is required to earn the certificate.

Student Software — IHSE EGAS Apps
This course is built around hands-on work with IHSE's EGAS software. Students analyze gait, footprints, evidence logs, and sound with the same apps IHSE uses in the field: gait analysis, footprint analysis, evidence logging, and sound analysis.
The apps are provided as a separate student bundle from IHSE. Download it here:

Launch pattern (after installing the bundle)
Start the IHSE Apps Portal first, then open the app you need. The portal runs on localhost:8080. The apps run on these ports:
- EGAS gait app — localhost:8001 — video gait analysis: annotation, the three numbers, cadence.
- Environmental backend — localhost:8000 — environmental and gait projects.
- Footprint Analyzer — localhost:8007 — cast measurements to height, weight, and podiatric estimates.
- Field Evidence Logger — localhost:8002 — uploading files, downloading evidence, generating reports.
- Sound Analysis — localhost:8009 — audio classification for calls and environmental sounds.
Chain of custody note: footprint data is stored in your browser's local IndexedDB. To include it in a report or dossier, export it directly from the Footprint Analyzer, and log the export in the Field Evidence Logger.
If an app does not load, check that the portal is running first, then check that the app's own service is running on its port. Do not share the student bundle outside the course.
